if you are not already familiar with my wedding photography style, feel free to have a look around this website or view my sample wedding gallery my style is very candid, casual and unstaged, so hopefully that's the style you want!​

what happens now?

now that I have received your booking, you will receive a link to your online client portal which contains all the important documents and links relating to your wedding photography booking. the first document you will see is a copy of my terms and conditions which outlines what I will do for you, and also what I need from you to ensure that everything runs smoothly. please read through, sign and return this online form asap to finalise the legal part of our agreement.

as we get closer to your wedding day, you will receive other documents such as a pre-wedding questionnaire and other documents, and you can find all these easily via your client portal.

between now and your wedding date I will also send regular check-in emails and will provide updates to keep you informed and also to enquire about your wedding plans and how you want to showcase your wedding photos in future.

a few days before the wedding we will also meet up in person to say hi, get to know each other a little better and to go over all your final details, timings and questions.​

​​what does your package include?

your wedding photography package includes a huge amount of my time before, during and after your wedding day with planning and preperations, meetings, the photoshoot itself, uploading, culling, editing, gallery creation, photo delivery and arranging print products. so, even if you have only booked a basic 1 or 2 hour photography package, there are many more hours involved in delivering an amazing wedding photography experience for you.​​​​

your pre-booked package includes a limited amount of my time on your wedding day and a specific number of digital photos included. this information would have been provided when you booked your package and also in the first email that I sent you, however if you are unsure, or want to add any extra time or photos to your package, just let me know.​​

after your wedding I will provide you with your own online photo gallery which will contain all the best photos that I have captured on your wedding day. this gallery is where you can view, choose and download all your photos and your gallery can also be shared with friends and family so that they can see your photos too. if you are interested in ordering any professional printed products as part of your wedding bundle your gallery also includes a built in print shop, where you can view and order your favourite prints in just a few clicks. more information on our full range of printed products, can be found on this page ​​​​

your wedding gallery will remain live and your images are archived on my secure server for 6+ months

i work with other trusted local wedding vendors so if you are looking for a great local celebrant, beautiful flowers, event styling, hair and makeup, music, video or any other wedding services let me know and I can help with your selections. ​
​
quite often, the vendors you find offering cheap packages on random facebook pages aren't all that reliable, so my tip is to use trusted vendors that have proven their quality over many years.

your wedding photography results are heavily dependent on location, weather, time of the year and time of day so please take this into account when planning your wedding. yes it does get hot and sweaty in summer, and as we are a sub-tropical destination it rains a lot all throughout the year! if you need any local knowledge and assistance to help work out the best options, please let me know!
